INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
As BCT Estetik Sağlık Turizm ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter
referred to as “Estetik International”), we acutely protect the personal data of our
patients and customers, and as a data controller, we fulfill all our obligations in
accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter
referred to as “KVKK”). We explain to what extent the personal data of our patients
and customers can be processed and the rights of our patients and customers with
this clarification text.
1 - Your Personal Data within the Scope of KVKK and Related Legislation
Within the scope of KVKK, personal data means the following data: any information
such as identification information, contact information, IP information regarding an
identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”), and Special Quality
Personal Data, which is a special type of this, means race, ethnicity, political opinion,
philosophical belief. , religion, sect or other beliefs, clothing, association, foundation
or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures,
biometric and genetic data (“Special Quality Personal Data”). The explanations made
for your Personal Data within the scope of this Clarification Text also include your
Private Personal Data. All your other personal data listed below and not limited to
these are processed in accordance with the relevant legislation:
Your credentials: your name, surname, TR ID - foreign identity - passport number,
date of birth, age, gender, job information, educational status, marital status and
other identification information that identifies you.
Your contact information; any contact information that enables us to reach you, such
as your address, phone number, e-mail address, city and country.
Your health information: your blood type, test results, laboratory results, examination
records, appointment information, past and current diseases, chronic diseases,
allergy information, height, weight, medications you use, information about
pregnancy, type of birth, smoking-alcohol use, genetics Please provide all kinds of
health information that you provide to us and that we acquire during the provision of
this service, necessary for the execution of diagnosis, treatment, operation and care
services, such as your information, information about your sexual life.
Your accounting information: your bank account number, credit card information,
financial information.
Your insurance information: your private health insurance or SSI data.
Your visual data: Your passport photo, any regional or whole body photos, images,
video recordings of your body before or after the operation, during the operation,
which we provide to us in parallel with the service you will receive from Estetik
International and / or obtained by us during the service.
Your closed circuit camera system images and recordings in our clinics for security
purposes.
Your voice recordings that we obtain through our call center and store.
Your IP and technical data obtained during your visit to our website and mobile
application.
2 - Which Methods and Legal Reasons Do We Collect Your Personal Data?
In all personal data processing activities we carry out, we act in accordance with all
obligations and principles sought in the relevant legislation, especially the KVKK, and
we take the necessary security measures for the safe processing of your Personal
Data. In accordance with the KVKK, we collect your Personal Data automatically or
non-automatically, by voice, verbal, written or electronic means, through the following
channels and other channels that may be added to them in the future, and we
process them within the scope of Article 5.1, Article 5.2, Article 6.2 and Article 6.3 of
the KVKK according to the processing purpose:
- By filling out the forms on the Estetik International website and mobile applications,
- Through our call centers,
- By filling in the advertisement forms,
- While you are in our clinics before, during or after the operation,
- Correspondence via our e-mail addresses (“E-mail”), short messages (“SMS”) sent
for other purposes related to Estetik International activities or other communication
methods including multimedia messages (“MMS”), whatsapp messages, social
media accounts through any means of communication (“Communication Tools”).
3 - To Whom Can Personal Data Be Transferred?
Persons/organizations to whom personal data can be transferred; Institutions or
organizations permitted by KVKK and other legislation provisions; Public legal
entities such as Personal Data Protection Authority, Ministry of Health and its sub-
units, judicial authorities, Social Security Institution; laboratories, medical centers,
doctors, physicians and health workers who do not work within Estetik International
but with whom we cooperate, institutions that offer ambulances, medical devices,
pharmacies, insurance companies, our subsidiaries and/or our direct/indirect
domestic/foreign affiliates/partners, agencies, suppliers, Third parties, such as
lawyers, financial advisors, tax consultants, auditors, IT consultants, business
partners providing IT infrastructure,Information technology support (server, hosting,
program, cloud computing), security, call center, third parties, suppliers, banks,
financial institutions, other third parties that we receive services from, cooperate with
Estetik International, and are jointly and severally responsible for taking data security
measures such as protecting all kinds of personal data, preventing unauthorized
access and preventing their unlawful processing.
4 - For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?
We process your personal data within the scope of KVKK art. 5 and art. 6 for the
following purposes:
To carry out the relationship and service operation between you and Estetik
International, especially aesthetic operation and health service.
• To exchange data between physicians, our healthcare professionals and all other
employees in order to provide you with the necessary service.
• To carry out public health protection, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis,
treatment and care services.
• Keeping appointment records and informing you about your appointments.
• To contact you to provide services, to identify the operations you are interested in
and to improve the quality of service.
• To analyze patient experience in order to improve our service quality.
• To share information with the Ministry of Health and its sub-units in order to fulfill
our obligations in accordance with the relevant legislation.
• Making patient/customer financial risk assessments.
• To share with insurance companies for the financing of the service provided.
• To carry out and follow up accounting and legal affairs.
• To take measures on issues such as cost reduction and efficient use of resources.
• Carrying out marketing operations.
To fulfill our legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
To protect our legitimate interests.
In addition, if we obtain your express consent, Personal Data collected through the
methods mentioned above.
We process your data for the following purposes:
To offer you special services such as Internet advertising, Targeting, re-targeting
(=targeting and retargeting), campaigns and opportunities, to use Cookies for this
purpose, to make offers considering your preferences.
To determine how you are aware of our Website, to create non-anonymous traffic
statistics through individual user registration, to increase the use and functionality of
our Website by making your visit to our Website more enjoyable, to get to know you
during your visit to our Website and to provide content and personalized browsing
opportunities tailored to your expectations and interest, to process for the purpose of
providing you with special campaigns, advantages and other benefits for promotional

5 - What is our Processing Duration of Your Personal Data?
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislation on the
protection of personal data, especially the KVKK, and the periods required by other
legislation, unless the above legitimate purposes are eliminated in any case.
6 - Under Which Conditions Your Personal Data Can Be Processed
As stated in Article 5 of KVKK,

Being compulsory to protect life or bodily integrity of a person or someone else who
is unable to disclose consent due to actual impossibility or whose legal consent is not
given.
The processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary,
provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.
It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation.
Being public of the person concerned by himself.
Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
• Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data
subject, we collect, record, store, preserve, update, organize, transfer and process
your information in order to continue our services, as long as at least one of the
processing conditions is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller.
As per KVKK Article 6.3, personal data related to health and sexual life, however,
can be processed without seeking the express consent of the person concerned or
authorized institutions and organizations for the purpose of protecting public health,
preventive medicine, conducting medical diagnosis, treatment and care services,
planning and managing health services and financing.
7 - Your Rights as Data Owner
As the data owner, as determined in Article 11 of the KVKK,
To learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
If your personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in
accordance with the purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or
abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of
the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to the above two articles to
the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data
exclusively through automated systems,
If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have
the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

filling out the Application Form on our website. Upon your request, you must send
your Application Form with a secure electronic signature to our e-mail address with
the cap extension below, or to our mail address below, with documents identifying
your identity, with a wet signature or through a notary public. Estetik International will
finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at
the latest, following the receipt of the relevant documents. In the event that a cost
arises due to the fulfillment of your requests, we can only charge you the fees in the
